Because different registries drop domains at different times, we recommend backorders should be submitted at least 24 hours ahead of time (ahead of when the domain you want is supposed to be released).

Guys, "24 hours" is a lame answer. They don't need a lesson in being proactive. MOst domains drop at 2 to 3pm, so give them a freaking answer based on the common times.
